Return & Refund Policy (Furniture Orders)

At MS Furniture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of custom or large furniture items, returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects, damages during delivery, or incorrect items received.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any physical damage, missing parts, or quality issues, contact us immediately at +92 300 1176735 (within 24 hours of delivery). We’ll assess the issue and arrange for repair, replacement, or return if necessary.

Eligibility for Return

  • The product must not have been used, modified, or installed.

  • Items must be in original packaging, with all accompanying materials.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or self-assembly errors are not eligible.

Return Process

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup (if eligible). Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If your item qualifies for return, you may also request an exchange instead of a refund.
